We are looking for energetic, passionate people, people who love to be outdoors and have a passion for looking after our environment. As a company working in this industry it is our job to look after it, so we pride ourselves on our green credentials too. Where possible we use battery operated machinery, we recycle everything we can in our local compost site and encourage our clients to be a part of that too with green waste recycling.

You will undertake many aspects of gardening, including (but not limited to):

• Cutting back and pruning

  
  

• Planting new beds and borders

  
  

• Grounds/green space clearance to full restoration

  
  

• Weeding and digging soil

  
  

• Hedge cutting incl. long reach hedge cutting

  
  

• Long pole sawing and strimming

  
  

• Mowing and edging

  
  

• Heavy lifting

  
  

• Occasional ladder work

  
  

• Garden machinery and tools

  ​

• Patio cleaning 

  
  

​What we are looking for:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in gardening

  
  

• Interest and knowledge of gardening

  
  

• Great attention to detail and taking pride in your finished results

  
  

• Hard working and trustworthy 

  
  

• Driving licence 

  
  

• Reliable and hard working

  
  

• Practical and methodical

  
  

• Good communicator

  
  

• Responsible and helpful

  
  

• Flexible

  
  

• A can do attitude with a keen willingness to learn

  
  

• Physically fit as this is a very active job

Desirable Skill: 

• Experience using commercial garden machinery and tools (but not essential)
